Existing Debt Obligation. With respect to each such Indebtedness set forth on Schedule 4.1(f) attached hereto , the Company shall have either (i) received a conversion notice for the conversion in full of such Indebtedness from the holders of such Indebtedness or (ii) paid such Indebtedness in full, which aggregate amount for all such Indebtedness shall not to exceed $130,000.
