Common use of Existing Grants Clause in Contracts

Existing Grants. The Parties further acknowledge and agree that pursuant to the Cross-License Agreement, Medarex has granted a non-exclusive license under certain Medarex Patents to Exploit Antibody Products, including Collaboration Products, `With respect to Antigens, including the Collaboration Targets, in the Territory.
