Existing Indebtedness; Investments, Guarantees and Certain Contracts. Borrower does not (a) have any outstanding Indebtedness, except Indebtedness under the Loan Documents, or (b) own or hold any equity investments in, or have any outstanding guarantees for, the obligations of any other Person, except as permitted under Section 7.1.

Borrower does not (a) have any outstanding Indebtedness, except Permitted Indebtedness under the Loan Documents, or (b) own or hold any equity or long-term debt investments in, or have any outstanding advances to or any outstanding guarantees for, the obligations of of, or any outstanding borrowings from, any other Person, except as permitted under Section 7.1set forth on Schedule 5.14.
