Existing Indentures. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, none of the Collateral, the Pledged Collateral or the Article 9 Collateral shall include any “Voting Stock” of any “Significant Subsidiary” within the meaning of Section 504 of the 0000 Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 5.04 of the 2003 Indenture and Section 4.04 of the 2009 Indenture, as in effect on the date hereof.
