Common use of Existing Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Existing Intellectual Property. All Intellectual Property that is not created, developed or prepared under this Agreement or in connection with the Services shall remain the property of its current owner. Each party agrees that, except for any licences specifically granted pursuant to this Agreement, it shall acquire no right, title or interest in or to the other party’s Intellectual Property.
