Common use of Existing Permits Clause in Contracts

Existing Permits. Existing Permits" shall mean all licenses, permits, approvals, franchises, qualifications, certificates of convenience and necessity, permissions, agreements, rate and other orders and governmental authorizations required for the conduct of the business of any of the ESELCO Companies, all of which are listed and briefly described on the Disclosure Schedule.
