Common use of Existing Permits Clause in Contracts

Existing Permits. The Disclosure Schedule contains a complete and accurate list of each Existing Permit. Each Existing Permit is valid and in full force and effect, and such material Existing Permits collectively constitute all of the permits, licenses, approvals, qualifications, permissions or authorizations necessary to permit NuTool to lawfully conduct and operate its business in the manner currently conducted and to permit NuTool to own and use its assets in the manner in which it currently owns and uses such assets.
