Existing Premises Abatement Period Clause Samples

Existing Premises Abatement Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease (including this Amendment), and provided Tenant is not in default under the terms of the Lease (including this Amendment), fifty percent (50%) of the Rent, Tenant's Building Share of Building Expenses, and Tenant's Project Share of Project Expenses for the Existing Premises shall be abated during the period commencing on the Additional Premises Commencement Date and extending through January 31, 2003. Tenant shall commence payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the Rent, Tenant's Building Share of Building Expenses, and Tenant's Project Share of Project Expenses for the Existing Premises as of February 1, 2003 in accordance with the terms of the Lease (including this Amendment).
