Existing Premises Base Rent Clause Samples

Existing Premises Base Rent. Base Rent for the Existing Premises shall continue to be paid pursuant to the Base Rent Schedule set forth in Section 4.1 of the Second Amendment through February 28, 2022. Existing Premises Base Rent. Tenant shall continue to pay Base Rent for the Existing Premises in the same amounts and in accordance with all terms and provisions of the Existing Lease.
