Common use of Existing Product Agreements Clause in Contracts

Existing Product Agreements. BioLineRx hereby agrees that, upon the written request of Ikaria, BioLineRx shall assign to Ikaria each of the agreements listed in Schedule 2.3 attached hereto (the “Existing Product Agreements”), and all of its rights, title, and interest therein. BioLineRx shall cooperate with Ikaria, including by executing and recording documents, as may be necessary to effectuate such assignments and the exercise by Ikaria of its rights under the Existing Product Agreements.
