Existing Products - Price. Changes For approved Product or Service offerings under the Contract, Contractor may change the pricing set forth under this Contract as follows: a) Price Decreases shall take effect automatically during the contract term where: i) List Price/Reseller Cost/GSA Pricing, as Applicable, is Reduced. Contractor lowers its pricing for Product and/or services to its customers, resellers, or GSA as applicable during the contract term. In such case the Contractor shall lower Contract pricing in accordance with the established pricing structure as outlined in Appendix C or D, as applicable; Or
