Common use of Existing Proprietary Rights Clause in Contracts

Existing Proprietary Rights. The only intangible interests and properties (e.g., patents, patent applications, copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks) that You own or have an interest in at the time of execution of this Agreement are those, if any, listed in Exhibit A attached hereto.
