Common use of Existing Representations Clause in Contracts

Existing Representations. Each of the representations and warranties contained in Article 4 of the Credit Agreement is true in all material respects on, and as though made as of, the date hereof, other than any such representation or warranties that, by their terms, refer to a specific date, in which case, as of such specific date.
