Common use of Existing Section 2 Clause in Contracts

Existing Section 2. 01(a) of the Shareholders’ Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following new Section 2.01(a):

Existing Section 2. 01(a) of the Shareholders’ ' Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following new Section 2.01(a):
