Common use of Existing Security Clause in Contracts

Existing Security. (i) No Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holdings as at the date of the Amendment Agreements except as listed in Schedule 13 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Negative Pledge).

Existing Security. (i) No no Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holdings as at the date of the Deed of Amendment Agreements except as listed in Schedule 13 11 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 19.3 (Negative Pledge).

Existing Security. (i) No Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holdings as at the date of the Amendment Agreements except as listed in Schedule 13 12 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Negative Pledge).

(i) No Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holdings as at the date of the Amendment Agreements except as listed in Schedule 13 10 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Negative Pledge).

Existing Security. (i) No no Security exists on or over its the Assets or those of ALSTOM Holdings the Company as at the date of the Deed of Amendment Agreements No. 2 except as listed in Schedule 13 (Existing Security)12; and (ii) no Security exists over its the Assets of the Company or those of any other member of the ALSTOM Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Negative Pledge27.1(c).;

(i) No Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holdings Holding as at the date of the Amendment Agreements this Agreement except as listed in Schedule 13 12 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Negative Pledge).
