Existing Service Agreements Clause Samples
The 'Existing Service Agreements' clause defines how current contracts or arrangements for services between the parties are treated under a new agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether previous service agreements remain in effect, are superseded, or need to be terminated or amended as a result of the new contract. For example, it may specify that all prior service agreements are replaced by the new terms, or that certain existing agreements will continue alongside the new one. The core function of this clause is to prevent conflicts or confusion by clearly stating the status of prior service arrangements, ensuring all parties understand their ongoing obligations and rights.
Existing Service Agreements. All existing Service Agreements and amendments thereto, between the Employer or Plan Sponsor and Business Associate are subject to this Agreement and are hereby amended by this Agreement. In the event of conflict between the terms of any Service Agreement and this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern.
