Existing Subscribers. Existing Subscribers" are Neutral Travel Providers who are retail outlet, Affiliate, or franchisee locations of a Multinational Subscriber which are located in a territory in which, as of the date of commencement of negotiations with the headquarters of such Multinational Subscriber ("Negotiation Commencement Date"), multiple (if applicable) locations of such Multinational Subscriber in such territory subscribe for Galileo Distribution Services as a result of negotiations with the local distributor.
