Common use of Existing Term Loans; The Term Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Existing Term Loans; The Term Borrowing. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, all Existing Term Loans made to the Administrative Borrower shall be deemed to have been made pursuant hereto, and upon the Closing Date, all Existing Term Loans shall continue as Term Loans in Dollars made to the Administrative Borrower hereunder. The Term Borrowing on the Closing Date shall consist of Term Loans continued simultaneously by the Term Lenders in accordance with their respective Closing Date Term Commitment. Amounts borrowed under this Section 2.01(a) and repaid or prepaid may not be reborrowed. Term Loans may be Base Rate Loans or Eurodollar Rate Loans, as further provided herein. No Term Loan shall be denominated in an Alternative Currency.
