Existing Underground Facilities. The Seller shall be totally responsible for identification, disposition, redesign, relocation, removal, etc. of any underground lines, utilities, obstructions, etc. that are present within the Facility, or outside the Facility if work is to be performed outside the Facility. Normal precautionary procedures shall be used when excavating to mitigate the potential for property damage or personal injury should unknown obstructions or materials exist.
