EXIT AND SERVICE TRANSFER ARRANGEMENTS. 2.1. In the event that the CUSTOMER requires to continue the availability of services equivalent to the Ordered Services after termination or expiry of this Contract from a replacement service provider, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall work with the CUSTOMER with the objective of providing a smooth transition of the availability of the Ordered Services for their provision to the CUSTOMER under any new contract with a replacement service provider, and shall co-operate with the CUSTOMER and/or the replacement service provider as may be reasonably required in order to fulfil its obligations as set out in this Schedule 2-11.

In the event that the CUSTOMER Customer requires to continue the availability of goods and services equivalent to the Ordered Goods and Services after termination or expiry of this Contract from a replacement goods and service provider, the SERVICE PROVIDER Contractor shall work with the CUSTOMER Customer with the objective of providing a smooth transition of the availability of the Ordered Goods and Services for their provision to the CUSTOMER Customer under any new contract with a replacement goods and service provider, and shall co-operate with the CUSTOMER Customer and/or the replacement goods and service provider as may be reasonably required in order to fulfil its obligations as set out in this Schedule 2-1113.
