Where the Authority requires the Grant Recipient to prepare an Exit Plan to allow the cessation or seamless transfer of the Funded Activities, the Grant Recipient shall prepare the Exit Plan within three (3) months of the signing of the Grant Funding Agreement and shall comply with the exit provisions set out in Annex 9 of these Conditions.
