EXIT PLANNING AND SERVICE TRANSFER ARRANGEMENT. INTRODUCTION This Schedule describes provisions that should be included in the Exit Plan, the duties and responsibilities of the Supplier to the Customer leading up to and covering the expiry or termination (howsoever arising) (including partial termination) of this Contract and the transfer of service provision to a Replacement Supplier. The objectives of the Exit Planning and Service Transfer Arrangements are to ensure a smooth transition of the availability of the Services from the Supplier to a Replacement Supplier at the termination (howsoever arising) (including partial termination) or expiry of this Contract.
