Xxe Company and Parent shall, as soon as possible and in any event within ten days of the date of this Agreement, file a voluntary notification pursuant to, and in compliance with, Exon-Florxx xxx shall use their best efforts to respond to any inquiries from governmental officials with respect thereto.
