EXONERATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND LENDERS. Neither Administrative Agent nor any Lender shall incur any liability to Borrower for treating a request that meets the express requirements of Section 7.3 or Section 7.13 or Section 7.14 as a request for an Advance or issuance of a Letter of Credit, as applicable, if Administrative Agent believes in good faith that the Person making the request is a Borrowing Representative or if, in the case of a request for a Letter of Credit, it is electronically initiated. Neither Administrative Agent nor any Lender shall incur any liability to Borrower for failing to treat any such request as a request for an Advance or issuance of a Letter of Credit, as applicable, if Administrative Agent believes in good faith that the Person making the request is not a Borrowing Representative.
