EXONERATION OF RELATED PERSONS. All the provisions of this clause 20 and of any other provision of any Finance Document protecting (including indemnifying) or limiting the liability of any Finance Party, or exonerating it from liability or responsibility, which may enure to the benefit of the such Finance Party shall also be deemed to be given for the benefit of the Security Agent and all Related Persons to whom they are capable of relating or in respect of whom they are capable of taking effect.
