Expanded Meanings. In this Agreement, unless something in the subject matter or context is inconsistent therewith: (a) the singular of any term includes the plural, and vice versa, the use of any term is equally applicable to any gender and, where applicable, a body corporate, the word “or” is not exclusive and the word “including” is not limiting (whether or not non- limiting language is used with reference thereto); (b) a reference to a person includes a company or other entity constituting a legal person; and (c) the words “written” or “in writing” include printing, typewriting or any electronic means of communication capable of being visibly reproduced at the point of reception including telex, telegraph or telecopy.
