Expanded Service Area. If geographic areas outside the scope of this Agreement become the responsibility of the Board through annexation, consolidation, contract, or otherwise by operation of law, at any time prior to termination of this Agreement, this Agreement will be amended accordingly, and Ambulance Company will extend service to the expanded area. Board may temporarily contract for such service with some other entity until such time as the parties amend or terminate this Agreement.
