Common use of Expanded Staff Mobility Clause in Contracts

Expanded Staff Mobility. The parties agree to participate in a multi-union, multi-employer committee to discuss expanding the scope of the current staff mobility agreement in order to facilitate the movement of staff within and across the acute, long term, and community health care sectors as required to address systemic needs. The Collective Agreement does not contemplate two (2) classifications performing like duties, therefore it is the understanding of the parties that the following guidelines.
