Expansion of Gathering System; Committed Build-Outs. (a) Gatherer shall, at its sole cost and expense, design, construct and operate all Committed Build-Outs contained in the then-currently agreed Gathering System Plan for the purpose of providing System Services in accordance with this Agreement.
