Common use of EXPANSION OF PRACTICE Clause in Contracts

EXPANSION OF PRACTICE. AmeriPath shall assist the Practice in developing relationships and affiliations with physicians and other specialists, hospitals, networks, health maintenance organizations and preferred provider organizations. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each of the Practice and AmeriPath shall cooperate and use their respective best efforts to expand the Practice.
