Common use of Expansion Parent Clause in Contracts

Expansion Parent. 1. If the rate calculated by the Department is greater than or equal to $12.94 but less than $16.78 the Contractor shall pay the Department twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference between $17.66 and the rate calculated by the Department.

Expansion Parent. 1. If the rate calculated by the Department is greater than or equal to $12.94 13.53 but less than $16.78 17.55 the Contractor shall pay the Department twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference between $17.66 18.47 and the rate calculated by the Department.

Expansion Parent. 1. If the rate calculated by the Department is greater than or equal to $12.94 13.48 but less than $16.78 17.49 the Contractor shall pay the Department twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference between $17.66 18.41 and the rate calculated by the Department.

Expansion Parent. 1. If the rate calculated by the Department is greater than or equal to $12.94 12.64 but less than $16.78 16.40 the Contractor shall pay the Department twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference between $17.66 17.26 and the rate calculated by the Department.

Expansion Parent. 1. If the rate calculated by the Department is greater than or equal to $12.94 10.54 but less than $16.78 13.66 the Contractor shall pay the Department twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference between $17.66 14.38 and the rate calculated by the Department.
