The Expatriation Benefits clause defines the compensation and support provided to employees who are assigned to work in a foreign country. EXPATRIATION BENEFITS. Employee will provide an expatriation package with the intention of making the relocation economically neutral to Executive from the point of view of cost of living and tax burdens as compared with Orange County, California, and paying personal expenses (i.e., business class travel for Executive and his family and personal phone expenses) reasonably related to the displacement of Executive and his family from their home, family and friends. Employer understands that this will include require frequent travel by members of Executive's nuclear family back to California to visit Executive parents in law and grandmother.

If Executive is required by Employer to expatriate to any country other than Iceland, the Company will offer a reasonable expatriation package with the intention of making the relocation economically neutral to Executive and paying personal expenses (i.e., reasonable travel for Executive and his family and personal phone expenses) reasonably related to the displacement of Executive and his family from their home, family and friends.
EXPATRIATION BENEFITS. 2.1 The Company will provide you with Relocation Benefits as set forth in the Relocation Policy of Metromedia International Telecommunications, Inc. ("MITI"), as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time. You acknowledge that you have received, read and understand, and agree to comply in all respects with, the Relocation Policy and the policies and procedures set forth therein, as they may be amended and supplemented from time to time. You further acknowledge that the Relocation Benefits set forth in the Relocation Policy are subject to change at any time.
2.2 For the duration of the assignment described in section 1, you will receive a living allowance of $4,166.67 per month, in addition to the Relocation Benefits described in the Relocation Policy.
2.3 The Company will provide, at its expense, a car and driver for your and your family's use while you are stationed abroad.
2.4 Upon termination of the Assignment, you will be eligible for the repatriation benefits described in Section 6 of the Relocation Policy.
EXPATRIATION BENEFITS. The Company will provide expatriation benefits as outlined in Attachment A ("Expatriation Benefits").
