Expected Taxes. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Tax Allocation Agreements, the FHI Group shall be liable for any and all Expected Taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Expected Taxes do not include any Taxes allocated to the BWHI Group under the Tax Allocation Agreements.
