Expedited Deliverability Study Test Methodology for Other Interfaces. The Projects in an Expedited Deliverability Study, whether or not they are otherwise deliverable across Highways and Byways, will not be considered deliverable if their aggregate impact degrades the transfer capability of any Other Interface more than the lesser of 25 MW or 2 percent of the transfer capability of the Other Interface identified in the ATBA. To the extent possible, the ISO will determine partial XXXX, if any, for any applicable Project in the Expedited Deliverability Study.
