Common use of Expedited Delivery Clause in Contracts

Expedited Delivery. Expedited delivery, including overnight delivery air service when standard delivery service is available and the item(s) could be delivered within (3) Business Days from the time of receipt of order will only be allowable and charged to the Authorized Users when such delivery is requested by the Authorized User. The Authorized User must be informed of the additional cost prior to delivery and agree in writing to the additional charge. Shipping costs must be prepaid by the vendor and may be added to the invoice with a copy of the freight xxxx.
