Expedited Determination Clause Samples
The Expedited Determination clause establishes a process for resolving disputes or making decisions within a shortened timeframe. Typically, this clause outlines specific procedures, such as accelerated hearings or limited discovery, to ensure that issues are addressed quickly—often in situations where delays could cause significant harm or uncertainty. Expedited Determination. The Disbursing Agent is hereby authorized to file a request for expedited determination under section 505(b) of the Bankruptcy Code for all tax returns filed with respect to the Debtors.
Expedited Determination. The Environmental Response Trust Administrative Trustee may request an expedited determination of taxes of the Environmental Response Trust under section 505(b) of the Bankruptcy Code for all returns filed for, or on behalf of, the Environmental Response Trust for all taxable periods through the termination of the Environmental Response Trust.
