Expenditure and receipts statement. 13.1 The Company shall prepare in respect of each Calendar Month a statement of expenditure and receipts under the Agreement. The statement will distinguish between exploration expenditure, development expenditure and production expenditure and shall separately identify major items of expenditure within those categories. The statement of receipts shall distinguish between income from the sale of Petroleum and miscellaneous income of the sort itemised in paragraph 9.4 of this Annexure. If the Minister is not satisfied with the degree of disaggregation within the said categories, he may request a more detailed disaggregation and the Company shall comply promptly with such request. The statement will show the following:-
