Expenditures by Administrative Agent or Lenders. Any sums spent by Administrative Agent or any Lender in the exercise of any Right under any Credit Document is payable by the Companies to Administrative Agent within 10 days of written demand, becomes part of the Obligation, and bears interest on the portion thereof from time to time unpaid at the Default Rate from the date spent until the date repaid.
