Common use of Expenditures by Company Clause in Contracts

Expenditures by Company. The Managing Member is hereby authorized to pay compensation for accounting, administrative, legal, technical, management and other services rendered to the Company. All of the aforesaid expenditures shall be made on behalf of the Company, and the Managing Member shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Company for any expenditures incurred by it on behalf of the Company which shall be made other than out of the funds of the Company. The Company also shall assume, and pay when due, all Administrative Expenses.
