Common use of Expenditures by the Lender Clause in Contracts

Expenditures by the Lender. In the event the Borrower shall fail to pay taxes, insurance, audit fees and expenses, consulting fees, filing, recording and search fees, assessments, fees, costs or expenses which the Borrower is, under any of the terms hereof or of any of the other Financing Agreements, required to pay, or fails to keep the Collateral free from other Liens, except as permitted herein, the Lender may, in its sole discretion, pay or make expenditures for any or all of such purposes, and the amounts so expended, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate (from the date the obligation or liability of Borrower is charged or incurred until actually paid in full to Lender) and shall be part of the Liabilities of the Borrower, payable on demand and secured by the Collateral.
