Common use of ExpensAble® Solution and the ExpensAble Plus Prepaid MasterCard® Clause in Contracts

ExpensAble® Solution and the ExpensAble Plus Prepaid MasterCard®. If you utilize the ExpensAble Plus prepaid debit cards (“Cards”) in conjunction with the ExpensAble Cloud-Based Solution, then you must deposit funds with us to be credited to the Cards as needed. Upon your ACH deposit into the account designated by us, it may take up to twenty four (24) hours for processing of your deposit and posting of the funds to the Cards. All users of the Cards (“Cardholders”) shall be bound by the then current agreement between Cardholders and First Covenant Bank, or any other approved financial institution that issues our Cards, as applicable (“Cardholder Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between the Cardholder Agreement and this Agreement, the Cardholder Agreement will govern. You acknowledge that we will not be liable for any lost or stolen Cards unless required by Law or as provided in the Cardholder Agreement.
