Expense and Commissions. Each Party shall pay its own legal and other costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and agrees to save harmless each other Party from and against any and all claims whatsoever for any commissions or other remuneration payable or alleged to be payable to anyone acting on its behalf.
