EXPENSE OF ENFORCEMENT. If, as a consequence of any dispute arising under or with regard to this Agreement or its performance, any Party shall be required to retain the services of legal counsel or to initiate any proceeding, it is understood that each Party shall be required to bear their own costs, including attorney fees, filing fees, or any other costs associated with the proceeding.
