EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT AND PERQUISITES. During the term of this Agreement, (a) the Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred by her in connection with the performance of her duties hereunder, upon the presentation of proper accounts therefor in accordance with the Company's policies and (b) the Employee shall be entitled to such perquisites as may be made available from time to time to senior executive employees of the Company. 5.
