Expenses; Acknowledgment of Transfer. Transfer, registration and exchange shall be permitted as provided in this Section 2.4 without any charge to the Holder except for the expenses of delivery (if any) not made by regular mail. Registration of the transfer of a Note by the Trustee shall be deemed to be the acknowledgment of such transfer on behalf of the Co-Issuers.
