Common use of Expenses and Advances Secured by Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Advances Secured by Loan Documents. Any and all advances or payments made by Lender under this Article VII from time to time, and any amounts expended by Lender pursuant to Article XVI, shall, as and when advanced or incurred, constitute additional indebtedness evidenced by the Note and secured by the Security Documents and the other Loan Documents.

Expenses and Advances Secured by Loan Documents.
