Common use of Expenses and Automobile Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Automobile. The Company agrees to reimburse the Principal for all necessary and authorized expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the provision and performance of services hereunder and for which statements and receipts are submitted to the Company, including authorized travel and other expenses incidental to the duties undertaken hereunder. The Company agrees to pay the Principal for his use of the Principal's vehicle for Company business as set forth in Schedule "A".
