Common use of Expenses and Broker's Fees Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Broker's Fees. To the knowledge of ASCR, ZAP shall not incur, directly or indirectly, any liability for brokerage, finder's, financial advisor's or agent's fees or commissions or expenses in connection with this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated hereby, by reason of any action or agreement on the part of ASCR. Each Party shall bear its own costs incurred in connection with this Agreement, including attorneys' fees.
