The times and schedule of performance set forth hereinafter is established pursuant to Article 5.00 of this Agreement. Phase and/or Task Reference As Enumerated in EXHIBIT “A” NAME OR TITLE Of Phase and/Task The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for furnishing and delivering services to the COUNTY on an “as needed basis” for the contract term of one (1), three (3) year period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. Work may be assigned at any time during the term of the contract including any renewals, if any. Item No. 4 No amount of work is guaranteed upon the execution of a Professional Services Agreement. Item No. 5 Hourly rates and all other negotiated expenses will remain in effect throughout the duration of the contract. Item No. 6 This contract does not entitle any firm to exclusive rights to County contracts. The County reserves the right to perform any or all work in-house, or by any means it so desires.
