EXPENSES AND INCIDENTALS. 26.1 When incurring costs on employer business including travelling, the employee will be reimbursed for costs on an actual and reasonable basis on presentation of receipts, including staying privately. 26.2 Employees who are instructed to use their motor vehicles on employer business shall be reimbursed in accordance with the IRD mileage rates as promulgated from time to time. 26.3 Employees may be reimbursed relocation expenses in accordance with the employer's relocation policy.
